TRI-STATE EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS respects each individual’s right to personal privacy.  We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement.  This statement applies solely to information collected at TRI-STATE EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS’ Web site.

If problems arise, users may contact TRI-STATE EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS by telephone, e-mail or postal mail.  We are committed to resolving disputes within 30 days of receipt of original notification of problem.

TRI-STATE EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS protects user information with the following security measures: secure servers, firewalls, SSL encryption and other technology and procedures used to protect consumer privacy.  

Part V. E-Mail Policy
TRI-STATE EMERGENCY COMMUNICATIONS considers any and all e-mails received by its members, trustees, officers and associates the property of the recipient and will publish the same with the recipients permission on its web servers providing that the original e-mail dose not contain a disclaimer specifically prohibiting this action. The e-mails published must be either news worthy or information directly associated to Tri-State, its members, trustees, officers and associates.  When submitting e-mails for publication review please forward the original as an attachment to webmaster@tecnj.org along with a brief explanation of why the e-mail should be considered for publication. In order to protect all parties involved from spamming the senders and recipient e-mail addresses will be edited prior to publication.
